When necessary or required this information is shared with the data subjects themselves, employees and agents, services providers, police forces, security organisations and persons making an enquiry

Warning signs that CCTV is being used on our premises are displayed to inform staff, customers and clients, offenders and suspected offenders, members of the public and those inside, entering or in the immediate vicinity of the area under surveillance.  Details of who to contact at Kevin Kirby Limited are included on those signs.

4.3   Information We Receive From Other Sources. 

We only obtain information from third parties if this is permitted by law.  We may also use legal public sources to obtain information about you, for example, to verify your identity.
