• All used machinery is offered for sale by Kevin Kirby Ltd with no warranty given or implied.*


• Used machines are sold as seen and inspected by the purchaser.


• Customers are advised to obtain an independent engineer’s report prior to purchase.


• Kevin Kirby Ltd is not liable for information provided by third-party inspectors engaged by the purchaser.


• *Warranty terms may be negotiated but will incur additional cost.

2. Title of Goods

• All goods remain the property of Kevin Kirby Ltd until full payment has been received.

3. Conditions of Sale

• Once title passes to the purchaser, insurance liability also transfers to them. Kevin Kirby Ltd does not insure goods after ownership changes.
